If you are not satisfied with the final product or have any concerns about the quality of our work, please let us know immediately. We will do everything in our power to address your concerns and provide a solution.
If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 30 days of receiving the final product. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for consideration. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request, and we will respond within 3 business days to discuss the issue.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the website or logo design service. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

If you decide to cancel your project before it is completed, we will refund any payments made for services not yet rendered.
